About the Role
The Marketplace Operations team at Filevine is responsible for building and maintaining the systems, programs, and support that power our network of independent contractors (ICs). As the Marketplace Strategy & Operations Associate focused on Digital Reporter Quality & Training, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of training, development, and quality assurance for our Digital Reporter community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits of work submitted by Digital Reporter ICs, delivering structured and actionable feedback.
- Manage contractor leveling and performance tracking, including promotions and demotions.
- Own and execute training programs across onboarding and continued education, including 1:1 coaching and support.
- Maintain and enhance contractor-facing materials such as training resources and help articles.
- Design scalable quality improvement initiatives, drawing on performance trends and marketplace needs.
- Monitor and analyze IC metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs and identify areas for intervention.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment & Onboarding Associate to ensure ICs are set up for success from the start.
- Partner with Product, Ops, and Support teams to optimize contractor workflows and ensure alignment across systems.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in training, quality assurance, operations, or marketplace management.
- Strong comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Experience developing training resources or support documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for coaching and development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
