What will you be doing? We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Management Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced Data Team at Babble. This position plays a crucial role in executing our ambitious data strategy. The purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our master data.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Enforce master data management policies, standards, metrics and processes.
- Utilise Informatica tools to profile, query, integrate, and master data.
- Replicate current master data processes in Informatica.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of master data.
- Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders.
- Work with the Data Quality Analyst.
- Manage reference data sets.
- Develop automated master data management reporting.
- Work closely with data engineers and business intelligence teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Master Data Management Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Informatica.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
What else looks good for this role:
- Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Snowflake.
- Prior experience with other Master Data Management tools.
- Prior experience with data quality tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship principles.
Qualifications Holds an Informatica Qualification (or other MDM tool)
3-5 years experience required in Master Data Management & Data Management
