Full-Time Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Master Data Management Specialist to own and enhance our master data operations. This role takes over existing tasks, maintaining response times while driving improvements in documentation, process governance, training, and reporting.

Ideal candidate will excel in managing complex data environments and leading initiatives spanning process mapping and training to strategic infrastructure proposals.

1. Master Data Operations: Assume comprehensive responsibility for all master data tasks, maintaining or exceeding current performance standards. Develop, update, and maintain content supporting high-quality master data management.
2. Process Documentation & Training: Identify and map all Offer-to-Cash (O2C) master data activities, ensuring process flows and responsibilities are documented. Create robust, master-controlled training documentation and engaging training sessions.
3. Infrastructure Proposal & Governance: Develop a strategic proposal outlining various master data infrastructure models (centralized, decentralized, hybrid) with a focus on material/service and customer master data management. Establish and implement a strong governance framework.
4. ERP Integration & Dashboard Development: Oversee ERP backfill resource training and onboarding, ensuring swift knowledge transfer. Collaborate to design and implement master data activity monitoring dashboards providing real-time insights.

Experience: Proven expertise in Master Data Management, leading process documentation, developing training materials, and implementing governance structures.

Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Deep understanding of master data infrastructure models and ability to recommend optimal solutions. Experience with ERP systems, data management tools, and dashboard/reporting platforms.

Project Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple high-priority projects. Ability to drive projects from conception through execution maintaining quality.

Communication & Collaboration: Superior written and verbal communication for clear articulation of complex processes and training. Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and work independently.
