Match Day Management Support Specialist
Kitman Labs is a performance intelligence company transforming how sports use data to enhance athlete performance. Our team of data scientists, sports performance scientists, product and software designers, and engineers utilize our advanced operating system, the Intelligence Platform (iP), used by over 2000 teams across 50 leagues globally.
This role is the primary support contact for league and club users in MLS, ensuring smooth operations during games. The role bridges technical support teams with end users, ensuring clear and timely communication and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor system performance during soccer matches.
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and triage support requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues.
- Provide support during tournaments, registration windows, and new feature rollouts.
- Act as primary league contact during on-call hours.
- Develop knowledge of soccer league structures and workflows.
- Communicate system statuses, updates, and issue resolutions.
- Serve as secondary support for soccer clubs and understand individual account configurations.
- Accurately log, document, and track support issues.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Understand technical architectures, data workflows, and soccer league configurations.
- Assist in product testing, configuration verification, and feedback.
- Participate in project updates, meetings, and training.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Working knowledge of soccer and its rules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
