Full-Time MDM COE Data Architect Lead

McFadyen Digital seeks a MDM COE Practice Data Architect Lead (COE Lead) to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) practice. This role is a strategic leadership position, driving MDM initiatives, enterprise data architecture strategies, and global client MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic development and execution of the MDM practice, including multiple MDM platforms.
2. Oversee MDM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
3. Design and implement complex data architectures, integrations, and governance models across technology stacks.
4. Develop and deliver training programs for MDM architects, consultants, and end-users.
5. Engage with clients to understand needs, create product roadmaps, and drive digital transformation.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
• Guide teams in implementing MDM, PIM, and data governance best practices.
• Support sales and business development by providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Monitor emerging trends in MDM, cloud technologies, and AI-driven data strategies to enhance offerings.
• Develop project plans, scope timelines, and oversee implementation and adoption of MDM solutions.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years experience in data architecture, MDM, and PIM implementations.
2. Proven expertise in EnterWorks and other MDM platforms, including implementation and strategic planning.
3. Strong experience in enterprise data integration, governance, and architecture design.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
5. Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, microservices, SaaS).

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and data integration solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for designing scalable data solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior architects and consultants.
• Familiarity with industry-standard MDM methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in a global consulting environment, managing multiple clients and projects.
