Full-Time Medical Affairs Data Analyst

This role supports Real-World Data/Evidence (RWD/E) activities at Guardant Health.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, oversee and execute RWE studies across all oncology diagnostics products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RWD/E strategies.
• Independently develop, validate and execute statistical programs (R, Python, SAS).
• Prepare materials for presentation to internal and external specialists.
• Present study results and communicate data to external stakeholders (KOLs, etc.).
• Partner with KOLs in developing scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, white papers).

Requirements:

• Strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Experience in oncology, diagnostics or precision medicine is a plus.
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques and algorithms.
• Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in health outcomes research.
• Strong proficiency in R (preferred), Python, or SAS.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams.
• Extensive experience in real-world data analytics, observational research, and outcome research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Hybrid Work Model (onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for Palo Alto, CA employees).

Compensation: $144,200 - $198,250 (Palo Alto, CA).
