• 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments with Microsoft business applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Clipchamp, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook, and New Outlook).
• Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• 2+ years designing and delivering software training for large-scale digital transformation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.

• Extraverted, resourceful disposition.
• Aptitude for picking up new technology.
• Technical support / troubleshooting skills.

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Expert/Master
