Full-Time Mid Automation Test Engineer

Arhs Group is seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer for a large-scale project with a prominent EU client. This role involves collaboration in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing deliverables (plans, strategies, reports).
• Estimate testing effort and resources, aligning with team timelines.
• Design and implement long-term, efficient, and scalable testing strategies.
• Capture requirements, analyze them, and create detailed test plans, considering priority, criticality, and impacted areas.
• Assess impact on other systems to mitigate release/deployment risks.
• Oversee test and defect management, producing reports and documentation to track progress and identify improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and enhance testing processes.
• Automate UI and API testing to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and their interaction with development.
• Proven experience in test analysis, requirement gathering, test plan creation, and test case delivery for critical projects.
• Expertise in effort estimation, resource management, and team collaboration within testing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Experience with test/defect management, test documentation, reporting, root cause analysis, and UI/API automation.
• Knowledge of soapXML and gRPC (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
