Full-Time Mid-level Infrastructure Engineer

The role:AlphaSights' Infrastructure Engineers ensure high performance, availability, and resilience. You will plan, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and toolsets.

What you'll do:

• Create solutions enabling engineering teams to deploy code quickly, reliably, and securely.
• Ensure availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues effectively.
• Provision cloud resources based on capacity, computing, and security requirements.
• Employ best security practices, zero trust, and least privilege.
• Collaborate with development teams on DevOps and Infrastructure initiatives.
• Evaluate and research alternative solutions to improve internal DevOps processes.
• Continuously evaluate and refine monitoring of critical infrastructure and applications.

Who you are:

• 2+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering demonstrating competency and positive results.
• 2+ years managing and demonstrating competency with AWS infrastructure (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.) and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience working at a similar level in an Engineering team, seeking career advancement.
• Proven track record – demonstrable impact, standing out from peers.
• Highly driven and proactive – relentlessly pushing through hurdles.
• Meticulous – high standards, obsessive attention to detail.
