As a Mid-Market Account Executive, your core objective is new logo acquisition. You'll take a solutions approach to enterprise deals, focusing on convincing key stakeholders to replace their current recruiting platform with your Talent Acquisition Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect into named accounts, secure meetings, and present the value proposition of your product.
- Identify and quantify client pain points, establishing champions and coaches within the organization.
- Develop pursuit strategies and materials, partnering with sales development resources and ABM managers.
- Negotiate and close license and professional services agreements.
- Deliver engaging presentations, both virtually and in-person, showcasing your product's impact on bottom-line results.
- Build strong client relationships, challenge client assumptions about hiring.
- Become certified in the Hiring Success Methodology, gaining knowledge of use cases, vertical industries, and common pains.
- Manage deal risks and deliver dependable forecasts.
- Possess top performer characteristics: honesty, intelligence, persistence, curiosity, competitiveness, creativity, and courage.
- Strong Business Acumen: Identify opportunities for financial impact, risk reduction, develop business cases, and present clear ROI stories.
- C-Level Rapport: Build rapport and relations with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO, CIO).
- Experience and training in a complex enterprise sales methodology. (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, etc.)
- Work remotely and travel at least 30%.
- Be a new logo hunter and generate pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of enterprise/cloud software sales experience.
- Consistent history of quota attainment and top performer recognition.
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Leadership skills to manage a pursuit team.
- Strong ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Experience/training in complex sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, etc.).
- Ability to work remotely and travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
