Full-Time Middle Manual QA

We are looking for a Middle Manual QA with a strong understanding of software testing processes and experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

In this role, you will design and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, ensure product quality, and collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth releases and high-quality standards.

1. Test Planning and Execution: Creating, executing, and maintaining detailed test cases and test scripts for various testing phases (functional, regression, integration testing).
2. Defect Identification and Reporting: Identifying, documenting, tracking software defects using defect management tools, and collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
3. Regression Testing: Performing regression testing to verify existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes or updates.
4. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software quality.
5. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and organized records of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in various manual testing techniques, including comprehensive regression testing.
• Experience in testing complex applications to ensure complete coverage and find potential system issues early in development.
• Experience in working with logs from various systems for troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and familiarity with tools for automating integration and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience in utilizing mobile-specific testing tools and environments to simulate real-world usage and assess app performance under different conditions.
