Job DescriptionAs a Middle/Senior Data Analyst in our Big Data Center of Excellence, you'll actively participate in projects, plus various data-focused activities like pre-sale support, technical excellence contributions, and other CoE initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain high-quality data from diverse sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data, and resolve data issues.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Design and implement data analytics solutions for specific business domains, leveraging data science tools and techniques.
• Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, empower informed decision-making, ensure high-quality reporting, and deliver impactful presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data-related fields.
• Proven ability to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data reporting.
• Strong data stewardship skills.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Python.
• Proficient in visual analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on conveying key data insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of machine learning instruments and algorithms (strong in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering).
• Experience in implementing and delivering data science/data analytics solutions with demonstrable business impact.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
