Full-Time Mobile Engineer Mid Level

CoinGecko is a global leader in tracking cryptocurrency data.

We are hiring for a Mobile Engineer position to start in H2 2025. This role will involve the design and development of mobile applications meeting business needs. Execute full software development lifecycles based on departmental strategy.

1. Mobile App Design & Development: Design and develop mobile applications meeting business needs and requirements.
2. Software Development: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code and libraries. Develop and push code into the production environment effectively.
3. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, propose, implement and uphold best practices, and contribute to technical debt initiatives.
4. Documentation: Write concise and coherent documentation and contribute to team knowledge base.
5. Defect Recovery: Replicate defects, analyze code implementation, and resolve issues according to team objectives.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and designers.
8. Mentorship: Mentor interns and junior engineers or contribute to communities.
9. Other Tasks: Support any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of software development experience in Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in React Native, React JS, StorybookJS and Firebase or similar tools.
• Understanding of CoinGecko products and some knowledge in finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation

• Malaysia: RM11,702
• Singapore: SGD7,608
