Full-Time [MSO] Cloud Support Engineer (Azure)

• Join our Cloud Operations Unit to provide technical support for a large client's Microsoft Azure environment.
• Resolve complex incidents, lead problem management, and ensure the stability of cloud services.
• Champion IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve L3 complex incidents and service requests related to Azure infrastructure.
• Drive ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Design and implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and PowerShell/Python scripting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in service reliability and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT, with 3+ years in an L2/L3 Support role focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with core Azure services.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts and tools.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with identity and security troubleshooting (Entra ID).
• Ability to author clear technical documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with SRE principles.
• Experience with container diagnostics and operational support (Docker, AKS).
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
