Full-Time Network Engineer

IronOrbit is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to maintain infrastructure in our managed facilities.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, define and support the organization's strategy, architecture, standards, and procedures. They will collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to deliver secure, reliable, and highly available network and server infrastructure services, meeting our 99.999% SLA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Operations:
• Maintain security and integrity of network infrastructure and facilities.
• Ensure system uptime in line with company SLA targets.
• Manage equipment and services (physical/virtual servers, communication devices, security hardware).
• Provision, configure, and deploy hardware resources.
• Maintain systems supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.

2. Service Delivery:
• Review and act on daily tickets based on SLA priority levels.
• Respond to out-of-hours critical alerts.
• Ensure changes follow appropriate change management processes.

3. Collaboration & Communication:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and peers.
• Provide clear communication across all levels.
• Effectively manage projects through planning, coordination, and evaluation.

4. Continuous Learning & Compliance:
• Stay current with technological developments.
• Contribute to a positive learning culture.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
