Role Description We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Admin II proficient with networking/security technologies, servers, storage arrays, who excels in high-demand environments. Work across enterprise data center environments, including Bullhorn's global on-prem and cloud data centers, and global office locations. Maintain production systems and networks, supporting products and corporate offices. Utilize strong network troubleshooting skills to maintain uptime SLAs and security framework. Work with vendors on new turn-ups, maintenance, trouble isolation, and Vendor RMA management. Participate in infrastructure deployment and enhancement project planning and coordination. Maintain datacenter facilities to a high standard, scheduling necessary maintenance. Ensure 24/7 availability of Bullhorn production application environments. Participate in on-call responsibilities. Provide direct support to system, network administrators/engineers, and technical project managers. Administer Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco NX/IOS switches, routers, and wireless controllers/APs. Administer network solutions supporting SaaS environments in on-prem and cloud datacenters. Experience with AWS/Azure networking (VPC design, load balancing, DNS, etc.). Maintain datacenter and office inventory, including DC spares depot.
Qualifications 2+ years hardware, administration, and software troubleshooting experience in a data center or large enterprise office environment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years network engineering/administration experience in a data center or large enterprise office environment. 1+ years experience working with IGP and EGP routing protocols. Strong understanding of L2/L3 technologies. Linux (Redhat/CentOS, Debian) and Windows server administration skills. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation/after-hours maintenance. Previous experience in a SaaS and/or high-volume workload environment preferred.
Requirements Experience using Solarwinds NPM. Proven network engineering experience in AWS/Azure clouds. CCNA certification and/or AWS. Experience working with data center management software. Experience with Pure Storage solutions. Knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies (iSCSI, FCP, CIFS, NFS, etc.). Experience working with Palo Alto Firewalls. Experience working in SDDC technologies.
