Full-Time Network Vendor Manager

We are seeking a skilled Network Vendor Manager to manage vendor relationships, act as the primary point of contact for communication, issue resolution, and strategic support. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including network engineering, IT, Service Management, and procurement, to ensure vendor solutions align with network needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance.
2. Address service-related issues promptly.
3. Monitor vendor performance against KPIs.
4. Prepare reports to support leadership decisions regarding renewals and continuous improvement.
5. Escalate concerns to maintain quality standards.
6. Proactively mitigate vendor risks to maintain network stability and security.
7. Analyze vendor costs to optimize spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in network account or vendor management, focusing on technical services.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs).
• Proven expertise in managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and SLA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills for proactive issue resolution.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to evaluate vendor performance and support decision-making.
• Effective communication of complex technical information to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
• Experience in telecommunications, managed network services, or cloud infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Vendor Management Professional).
