Responsibilities
- Works in collaboration with the Offboarding Manager
- Oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators
- Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process
- Works with the team to offboard team members in a timely manner
- Tracks all members who need to be offboarded
- Communicates with managers in other departments about unresponsive team members
- Provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field a plus
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
- Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Must be available to volunteer 15+ hours a week
