Full-Time OMS Architect

We are seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performing order management solutions for enterprise e-commerce and marketplace clients.

You will define OMS architecture, integrate with commerce, ERP, and fulfillment systems for seamless order orchestration. Deep expertise in OMS platforms, specifically Kibo, order processing workflows, inventory management, and multi-channel commerce integration is required.

Responsibilities (Top 5):

1. Architect and design scalable OMS solutions on Kibo, supporting omnichannel commerce, order routing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment.
2. Configure and optimize Kibo OMS for customer-specific needs.
3. Integrate Kibo with e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, WMS, and payment gateways for seamless order lifecycle management.
4. Define order processing rules, workflow automation, and exception handling within Kibo OMS.
5. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide architectural guidance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Design real-time and batch order data processing solutions within Kibo and other platforms.
• Implement order orchestration strategies for BOPIS, ship-from-store, drop shipping, and multi-node fulfillment.
• Ensure system performance and scalability through database optimization.
• Develop and enforce data security (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS) policies.
• Conduct PoCs, performance benchmarking, and system health checks.
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and architecture recommendations.

Qualifications (Top 5):

1. 5+ years experience designing and implementing OMS solutions (including Kibo).
2. Strong expertise in Kibo OMS and other platforms.
3. Hands-on experience with API development, microservices, and cloud integrations.
4. Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for order and inventory management.
5. Experience with multi-channel order fulfillment models.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience with ETL, real-time data streaming.
• Understanding of data security best practices.
• Familiarity with BI tools for reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant cloud, Kibo OMS, and data security certifications a plus.
