  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time
  • Job Overview: Seeking a highly organized Client Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding process for new clients. Client-facing role requiring an Accounting background, exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up client profiles in internal systems.
  • Gather documents, credentials, and financial data.
  • Ability to analyze Financials (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)
  • Educate clients on firm processes and timelines.
  • Track onboarding progress and update internal dashboards.
  • Follow up with clients for missing information.
  • Prepare onboarding forms and templates.
  • Help schedule client onboarding calls.
  • Maintain secure digital filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and document formatting.
  • Support process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or support role as an Accounting professional
  • Must be an accountant
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly.
