Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time
- Job Overview: Seeking a highly organized Client Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding process for new clients. Client-facing role requiring an Accounting background, exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up client profiles in internal systems.
- Gather documents, credentials, and financial data.
- Ability to analyze Financials (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)
- Educate clients on firm processes and timelines.
- Track onboarding progress and update internal dashboards.
- Follow up with clients for missing information.
- Prepare onboarding forms and templates.
- Help schedule client onboarding calls.
- Maintain secure digital filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and document formatting.
- Support process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or support role as an Accounting professional
- Must be an accountant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly.
