Full-Time Online Advertising and Marketing Manager

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive online advertising strategies aligned with business goals. • Oversee the creation, execution, and management of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). • Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, ad copy, and creative adjustments. • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure online advertising efforts are integrated with organic search strategies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. • Ensure all advertising activities comply with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable) • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online advertising or digital marketing (proven track record of managing successful online advertising campaigns) • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools. • Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics). • Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar are a plus.
