Job Purpose: We are hiring a driven Operational Excellence Analyst to improve efficiency and elevate overall performance.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Process Analysis: Identify process improvement opportunities, map processes, identify bottlenecks, and root causes.
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to measure performance and trends, and create performance dashboards.
• Improvement Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, preparing training materials, and tracking progress.
• Change Management: Communicate process changes to stakeholders, provide training, monitor effectiveness, and make adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement Culture: Encourage employee feedback, celebrate successes, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven success in process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
