Job Details
Operations Analyst
Interpret, analyze, and process various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems (Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance, Auto Compliance, Other operations).
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately.
- Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables.
- Communicate issues/queries for timely resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Handle other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and quality-minded.
- Collaborative and team-oriented (international team).
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with changing requirements and quick learner.
- 1-3 years of data processing and analysis experience.
- Previous insurance industry experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
