Full-Time Operations - Billing & Pricing Analyst

This role supports the KeyBank Merchant Services Pricing team. Responsibilities include customer pricing, account maintenance, analytical projects, and processes for optimal pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct pricing implementation and account maintenance across the portfolio.
• Develop pricing analysis for existing and potential new clients.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to review product and customer pricing.
• Advise on new product pricing based on customer, competitive, and internal factors.
• Build business cases and determine financial impact of pricing actions for Deal and Product teams.
• Interact with Servicing team for pricing corrections, maintenance, and exceptions.
• Extract insights and develop complex analysis and tools.
• Analyze, monitor, and improve business processes and/or systems.
• Develop and provide user documentation and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience in merchant services.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Merchant Services experience.
• 2+ years of experience implementing merchant and portfolio pricing strategies and models preferred.
• Demonstrated ability analyzing interchange and other fees to evaluate merchant profitability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience addressing ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with interchange or payments is advantageous.
• SQL knowledge highly desired.
• Proficiency in PowerPivot, Tableau, Python.
• Experience in business, financial, payments, or similar analysis preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary: $68,000 - $75,000 annually (depending on location and experience).
• Eligible for short-term and deferred incentive compensation.
