About the Role: As an Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll leverage data to optimize operations and enhance decision-making. Reporting to the COO, you'll coordinate multiple projects within operations.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions (Power BI).
- Guide operations teams based on data insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for operations.
- Create progress reports and identify roadblocks.
- Gather and organize feedback for dashboard improvements.
- Coordinate and oversee various projects.
- Analyze operations performance and develop automated methods for information sharing.
- Develop forecasting models.
- Monitor performance against targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, business analytics, consulting, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
