Operations, Data Analyst to join our Operations Intelligence team.
About the role: Partners across the organization to manage inefficiencies. Supports departments in scoping, analyzing, and monitoring performance metrics.
Collaborates independently with partners to define key questions, scope analyses, and deliver results.
May be called upon to speak to prepared analysis internally and externally.
Aims to reduce medical waste and deliver more affordable, higher-quality healthcare.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Operations Intelligence.
Work Location: Blended work culture; remote/work-from-home.
Must reside in specified states.
Pay Transparency: Base pay varies by state.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to support data-driven decisions.
- Use data to tell stories for non-technical colleagues.
- Oversee operational and analytical dashboards.
- Create models and tools for insights and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate across the organization for improvements.
- Support other projects as needed.
Qualifications: 2+ years SQL; 1+ years data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.); 1+ years large dataset analysis; strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience with VLookup, nested if statements.
Bonus Points: Healthcare analytics, value-based contracts, dashboards, Looker experience, healthcare/finance/insurance experience.
Pay: $72,700 - $106,050 per year.
