Contractor Operations Data Coordinator

We're seeking a contractual Operations Data Coordinator to support order management during the holiday season.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Track order status and ensure timely shipment.
• Act as primary point of contact for Customer Service teams.
• Resolve shipment escalations.
• Ensure site and marketplace order processing according to requirements.
• Monitor and verify daily on-time shipments.
• Follow procedures and use company's file management system.
• Correspond with warehouses to investigate errors and troubleshoot.
• Liaise between Boise Operations and warehouse partners.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year relevant work experience (BPO experience a plus).
• Willingness to work graveyard shift (night shift).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (email, chat, task apps).
• Ability to work under pressure, adhere to guidelines, including working lunch and split shifts.
• Proactive communication and questioning.
• Remote work experience a plus.
• No relocation or long vacations between August 2025 and January 2026, especially during the holidays.
• No other work commitments between August 2025 and January 2026.
• Functional laptop/desktop meeting specific requirements.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (50MBPS minimum).
• Contingency plans for power outages/connection disruptions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Location within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac.
• Online assessment required.

Contract Details:

• Contractual, home-based.
• 8 hours daily, 5 days a week.
• No benefits.
• Paid overtime possible.
• Contract duration: August 2025 to December 2025 (extendable or shortenable).
• Company-issued laptop not provided.
