The role supports the business in pricing, shipping analysis, and financial tracking. This role involves developing cost-efficient strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy and Cost Structure Analysis: Assist in pricing strategies and analyze cost structures.
- Shipping Method Assessment: Assess different shipping methods and evaluate their use.
- Job Pricing: Price jobs accurately to maintain cost efficiency.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Record Keeping: Handle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are up to date.
- Job Expensing and Cost Tracking: Expense jobs effectively, track costs, and assist in daily expensing.
- Collaboration with Operations Teams: Streamline pricing models with operations teams.
- Market Trends and Shipping Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends and shipping costs for accurate pricing.
- Vendor and Logistics Partnership: Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs.
- Reporting and Cost-Saving Suggestions: Generate reports and suggest cost-saving measures.
