Full-Time Operations Support Compliance Auditor

• Participates in Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance.
• Completes Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
• Trains Teammates on how to complete TCC’s, OCC’s, PI’s, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
• Supports Loss Prevention with Investigations.
• Collaborates with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
• Develops recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Participates in POS Testing.
• Assists with other projects as assigned.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
• Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
• Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Pro-active and process driven.
• Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.
• Travel 75% plus in field operations.
