We're seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team, providing essential support to our client service associates and operational personnel. This role involves meticulous handling of client documents, effective communication, and detailed operational support to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Job Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles.
- Support client service associates and operational staff with administrative tasks.
- Check inbound client documents for accuracy and submit accurate forms for final processing.
- Make outbound contact with clients regarding paperwork, both in writing and verbally.
- Notate all activities on client accounts for record-keeping and follow-up.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and database input; knowledge of the financial services field.
- Ability to define, prioritize, and follow up on project activities.
- Flexibility in handling various duties and strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
