OT Security Specialist / Engineer, Americas

Konecranes global Cybersecurity team aims for our customers to choose us as the cybersecure option for safe and secure material handling solutions, while setting the benchmark for Konecranes' own resilience.

This regional role within the global team involves responsibilities such as:

1. Conducting technical security assessments in Konecranes operational environments (production, assembly, distribution, crane sites).
2. Supporting operational personnel with OT asset discovery, data gathering, and asset inventory maintenance.
3. Participating in developing global requirements, processes, tools, and guidelines for Konecranes OT security.
4. Developing technical specifications for OT asset network policies, aligning with reference architecture.
5. Creating OT/ICS security training material and conducting classroom training.
6. Developing, testing, and deploying Konecranes global OT security services/tools (asset inventory, OT network security automation, remote access, secure data transfer, vulnerability scanning, patching, configuration management, security event/incident response).
7. Facilitating the Konecranes OT security champion community in North, Latin, and South America through events, training, and connection with the global network.

The exact scope will depend on your experience and skills. Your goal is to identify OT security risks, advise on mitigations, and ensure Konecranes operation safety and reliability.

This role reports to the global Head of OT Security. The role is based in Springfield, OH, with significant travel across Americas production sites, and occasional travel to Europe (estimated 50%).
