Full-Time Outreach Specialist

Mira Developments, part of Mira Group, seeks a skilled Outreach Specialist to enhance its SEO strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Find and identify high-quality platforms/websites for backlinks.
• Build relationships with webmasters, bloggers, & platform owners for backlink placements.
• Collaborate with link-building platforms to acquire quality backlinks.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with contractors/vendors for link placements.
• Analyze link effectiveness, ensuring quality standards and measurable results.
• Conduct competitor analysis for backlink opportunities.
• Maintain a database of potential link placement platforms & contacts, updated regularly.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to align efforts with business goals.
• Monitor link performance and report on outreach/link-building impact.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in outreach/link-building, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills for partnerships.
• Familiarity with link-building tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and backlink impact.
• Ability to analyze competitor strategies & find innovative solutions.
• High attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
