We are seeking a passionate Partner Community Manager to strengthen the connection between Xero and its accounting partners, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Xero Partner Facebook Community group.
- Manage Xero’s XPAC (advisory panel).
- Lead the recruitment of the XPAC.
- Work closely with stakeholders.
- Champion the community internally.
- Report on the impact and ROI of activities.

- Supporting partner community programs.
- Delivering a thriving Facebook group.
- Championing best-in-class partner community programs.
Critical competencies:
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Proven experience managing social communities.
- Excellent communication skills.

Experience:
- Management of a brand's online community.
- Content planning and execution.
- Management of an advisory council (desirable).
