Worth AI, a leading computer software company, is seeking a driven and strategic individual for an Enterprise Partnership Sales Account Executive role.
Role Summary
You will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders. You will identify potential partners, craft a partnership strategy, and execute partnership agreements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential FinTech partnership opportunities aligned with Worth AI's goals, focusing on Private Equity-backed firms.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting and recommending improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise Partnership Sales Management and Business Development within FinTech.
- Strong track record of developing, managing, and closing a qualified pipeline.
- Experience working in small or mid-size startups.
- Established relationships with private equity firms.
- Proven success in managing partner programs.
- Strong understanding of AI and its business applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligning with strategic goals.
- Experience in contract negotiation and agreement execution.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate partnership performance.
- Experience in the computer software industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in FinTech, AI, or Data.
- Experience with KYC, KYB, fraud identification, or other data providers is a plus.
