Full-Time People Analytics Analyst

As a People Analytics Analyst, you will deliver People Data products to drive strategic and operational decisions. Your insights will empower People teams and business leaders to take evidence-based action.

What you will do:

• Maintain and optimise business-as-usual management information reporting through PowerBI dashboards.
• Respond to and manage ad-hoc People Data requests from stakeholders.
• Regular data quality monitoring.
• Design and deliver insight reports utilising multiple data sets.
• Partner with functional areas of People & Culture Team on key People/HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience developing reports/dashboards in Power BI, including DAX functions and data modelling.
• Strong data manipulation skills, proficiency in Excel for analysing large datasets.
• Experience creating data insights and visualizations to present data effectively.
• High attention to detail with ability resolve data issues in complex datasets.
• Proven experience building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and experience in delivering HR management information is a plus.
