Performance Analyst (Slots)
The Performance Analyst will sit within the Slots team, working alongside the Regional Slots Managers to provide the necessary data and information to help grow revenue. Analysis of key products, highlighting opportunities, and driving efficiencies will be key responsibilities.
- Report on product, player and venue performance including analysis of KPIs, stakes, win, and margin performance.
- Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to enhance understanding of performance and drive improvements.
- Identify trends and opportunities within reports to optimize performance and translate them into actionable insights.
- Champion best practice in performance analysis, supporting the Slots team in improving and leveraging data effectively.
- Create performance-tracking reports for new products, assessing ROI and informing further developments.
- Work closely with the Slots Team, providing insight and assistance where necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers on accessing, utilizing, and optimizing third-party data.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects providing new insights, evaluating new revenue opportunities, or cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new reporting tools that will further benefit the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
- Understanding of slots and gaming industry, and key performance drivers.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
- Results-driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Comfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analytics.
- Experience with visualization tools to present insights effectively.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders, building trust and collaboration.
