Job Details
Providing governance and oversight for all Justice Contracts. Ensure Managers comply with audit, safeguarding, risk assessments, and wider responsibilities.
Team Management: Provide leadership and management to a team of administrators and data analysts. Maintain high professional standards through regular supervisions, and use governance processes, including performance improvement plans.
Coaching and Support: Coach and support first-line managers and Senior Leadership to develop accountability in their leadership, empowering them to take ownership of team performance and drive results.
Operational Efficiencies: Identify operational efficiencies by streamlining processes and coordinating support. Address staffing gaps or operational pressures.
Performance Framework: Develop, implement, and oversee a robust performance, evaluation, and impact framework for contractual compliance, measuring impact and demonstrating social value.
Data Analysis: Develop, implement and oversee a data analysis framework to support senior leadership in leveraging data for informed decision-making and addressing challenges.
Actionable Strategies: Lead the translation of technical notes into actionable strategies, ensuring they are reflected in operational delivery.
Essential Criteria: Solid understanding of Catch22 contracts, ability to work under pressure, experience in governance tools and contracts, engagement with Managers and key partners, exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to travel.
Desirable Criteria: Ability to mitigate performance and challenging outcomes.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows-based computer packages and IT systems.
Professional Development: Evidence of continued professional development, IT certificates, or relevant experience.
