Job Details
Providing governance and oversight for all Justice Contracts. Ensuring Managers remain compliant with audit, safeguarding, risk assessments, and wider responsibilities.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide effective leadership and management to a team of administrators and data analysts.
- Maintain high professional standards through regular supervisions and governance processes.
- Implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
Manager Coaching and Support:
- Coach and support first-line managers and Senior Leadership to develop accountability.
- Empower managers to take ownership of team performance.
- Drive results through proactive decision-making and effective management.
Operational Efficiencies:
- Identify operational efficiencies by streamlining processes.
- Coordinate support from centralised admin and data analyst team to address staffing gaps.
- Ensure seamless and responsive service delivery.
Performance, Evaluation, and Impact Framework:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a robust framework for contractual compliance.
- Measure the impact of performance and compliance initiatives.
- Demonstrate social value, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organisational goals.
Data Analysis Framework:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a data analysis framework to support senior leadership.
- Leverage data to identify trends, assess risks, and enable proactive responses to challenges.
Actionable Strategies:
- Lead the translation of technical notes into actionable strategies, ensuring reflection within operational delivery.
- Meet contractual obligations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows-based computer packages and IT systems.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- IT certificates or evidence of previous experience.
Essential Criteria:
- Solid understanding of Catch22 contracts (Offender Management, Through the Gate resettlement, Restorative Justice, Victim services, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience with Governance tools and contracts, mitigating performance challenges.
- Ability to engage with Managers and key partners.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and motivate others.
- Willing to travel outside of London (if required).
- Able to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
Contract: Permanent
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 38 hours per week.
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000
