Performance QA Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Performance QA Engineer to join our Platform team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performance testing strategies for new and existing features.
• Improve testing methodologies aligned with evolving requirements.
• Develop and execute load and stress testing (primarily with K6 and Locust, JMeter/Gatling a plus).
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps for optimal performance.
• Provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and integrate them into testing processes.
• Solve complex performance bottlenecks, optimizing in Kubernetes and microservices architectures.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of QA experience, at least 3 in performance testing.
• Proficiency with performance/load testing tools (K6, Gatling, Locust, JMeter).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Python (testing framework).
• Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks and performance testing initiatives independently.
