Responsibilities

• Vendor Onboarding: Participate in the vendor onboarding process, ensuring they meet privacy and data security requirements.
• Privacy Governance Program Support: Collaborate in the improvement of the Group's Privacy Governance Program, assisting in the maintenance and review of the data processing activity inventory.
• Contract Review: Help assess low-complexity contracts involving personal data processing, ensuring compliance with LGPD.
• Privacy by Design Implementation: Contribute to the application of the Privacy by Design methodology during the implementation of new products and services, ensuring that privacy is considered from the design phase.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Law and active OAB.
• Vendor Onboarding Experience: Knowledge or prior experience in vendor onboarding, with an emphasis on privacy and data protection aspects.
• LGPD Knowledge: Familiarity with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and its practical applications in the organizational context.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to assist in the maintenance and review of the data processing activity inventory (ROPA) and mapping reports.
• Effective Communication: Ability to answer internal inquiries about personal data processing, clearly and accurately.
