Job Details
The OpportunityJoin our Player Experience team to provide best-in-class player experiences! Build strong communities and provide excellent support.
In this role, you will:
- Interact with communities daily (email, Twitter, forums).
- Support players through Helpshift ticketing system.
- Respond to social media posts, reviews, and game forum questions.
- Collect and track feedback, troubleshoot issues with QA.
- Build trust through social media interactions.
- Contribute to product brainstorms, representing player feedback.
Your Track Record Includes:
- Experience in customer service (preferably tech/gaming).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of mobile devices/computers (troubleshooting).
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to collaborate with team members.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
