The Role Part of the Data Management & Quality team, the Portfolio Data Ops team ensures clients have timely and high-quality data. This includes overseeing portfolio transaction and position processing, verification checks, and client data support.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily internal verification checks for client portfolio data accuracy and SLA adherence.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and data feed exceptions.
- Address client, Sales/Services, and external data provider inquiries.
- Assist regional counterparts on common operations workflows and projects.
- Maintain team resources and documentation, recording accurate metrics for internal analytics.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with capital markets knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous process execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
