Power BI Visualization/Dashboard Developer
Broadway Ventures is seeking a skilled and creative Power BI Visualization/Dashboard Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, insightful visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insight Development
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights aligned with business goals.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate interpretation within reports and dashboards.
- Dashboard and Visualization Design
- Develop user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards using Power BI.
- Leverage a variety of visualization tools, including charts, graphs, maps, and slicers, to enhance data storytelling.
- Data Modeling and Integration
- Build efficient, high-performing data models within Power BI.
- Cleanse, transform, and aggregate data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all dashboards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
- Recommend improved data utilization methods based on analysis and user feedback.
- Optimization and Documentation
- Continuously refine dashboards for performance and usability.
- Document data sources, transformation processes, and dashboard specifications.
- Apply quality assurance protocols to validate data integrity.
- Training and Support
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for dashboard-related issues.

- Stay current with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.
