Full-Time Premium Audit Analyst

Premium Audit Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, processing, scrubbing, documenting, and disseminating complex data sets.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending audit request letters to insureds via email (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Following up with insureds to obtain records promptly.
• Answering inquiries from insured contacts (with auditor guidance) and documenting progress in Nexus.
• Reviewing partial records to identify missing information and requesting it.
• Preparing final audit record packets and forwarding to auditors.
• Conducting quality reviews of auditor worksheets.
• Comparing auditor worksheets to standardized work processes.
• Verifying data accuracy in audit papers and against policy data.
• Communicating discrepancies to auditors for corrections.
• Following up with auditors for timely corrections, if needed.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel - Required
• Microsoft Office Suite - Required
