We're looking for a Premium Research and Data Administrator to join Procore's Lien Right Management Research team. You'll investigate construction project details, fill data gaps, and ensure project database accuracy.
You'll be a key part of delivering exceptional value to customers through attention to detail and proactive communication. You'll partner with internal data teams and construction companies to collect, verify, and update critical project information.
Use your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service mindset to maintain and improve database accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching property and construction project info from online county sites and internal/external tools.
- Communicating with customers and professionals via phone/email to verify/collect missing data.
- Meeting deadlines set by service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Entering updated/corrected data into internal systems.
- Resolving inaccuracies through independent research and customer interactions.
- Supporting broader data quality initiatives through process improvements.
Qualifications include:
- 1+ years experience in data entry, customer service, or admin roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solver who enjoys analytical thinking and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a routine workflow and meet deadlines.
