Full-Time Price Reporter (Remote)

Fastmarkets is seeking a Price Reporter to join its Americas metals team, based in the United States.

This individual will be responsible for developing and promoting prices, news, and commentary for the US aluminum market.

Key Responsibilities

• Price Discovery and Analysis: Report on commodity market fundamentals, including price drivers, key end markets, and main industry participants. Uphold methodology and compliance processes, and support colleagues on metals prices to build knowledge.
• Value-added reporting: Break news and publish exclusive market commentary demonstrating insights and adding value for readers. Help produce marketing content (white papers, landing pages, social media).
• Market Engagement: Manage industry contacts, network, and attend conferences to expand source list. Learn to present and moderate at events. Support external engagement meetings to promote and develop prices.
• Representation: Adapt to new ways of working. Behave professionally, respectfully, and with integrity. Use time effectively and efficiently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
