Full-Time Pricing Analyst

Pricing Analyst responsibilities include ensuring vendor cost, pricing and product information is accurately maintained in multiple systems across regions. Experience in procurement and working with vendor pricing agreements is preferred. Reports to the Manager, Product and Data Management.

1. Set up and maintain vendor costing, discount structures, and retail pricing in an ERP system.
2. Assist in the creation of new product SKUs.
3. Deliver world-class customer service by promptly addressing customer, vendor, and management requests.
4. Review and correct pricing discrepancies or product data issues.
5. Communicate with vendors to ensure product and costing information accuracy.
6. Review and analyze large amounts of information, drawing conclusions and recommendations.
7. Maintain an archive of vendor files for issue resolution.
8. Develop and maintain process and training documentation.
9. Quickly assess situations and provide courses of action to meet team and customer needs.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years experience in procurement or pricing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under time pressure.
• Positive outlook and ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate to Expert level Excel proficiency.
• Flexibility and willingness to try new methods.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and time-sensitive data.
