Principal Analyst (contract)

This position is a deeply experienced analyst that will function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to trace the Book to Bill lifecycle systems, data, and processes to ensure 9114s and all related project inputs and downstream outputs are accurate. You will report remotely to our Westinghouse location in Cranberry Township, PA working a contract position full-time 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced oversight of Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems.
• Lead facilitator of CATS payroll resolution.
• Provide score card and load board creation and support for MMC sites
• Facilitate cross charge and reverse cross charge Invoicing reconciliation and support
• Liaison analytics with rate management and union finance (dues, deductions, fringe benefits, base wage factors, shift premiums, grievance pay)
• Performing Root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting and resolving EP1 systems and process issues according to SLAs and business requirements.
• Active engagement across partner teams (Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll, Invoicing, Labor Relations, Change Management, & IT)
• Lead testing activities for 9114 related SAP Mods/Enhancements
• Lead Team support - foster a collaborative environment, supportive, and willing to share knowledge and resources which include mentoring and peer checking Analyst/Sr. Analyst resources.
• Work closely with the Manager of OSS

Qualifications:

• B.A, B.S or equivalent business experience
• 7+ years of working experience
• Expert understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow (i.e. CRM, contract setup elements, cost accumulation, reconciliation, invoicing)
• Experience working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)
• Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work. Adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations as needed.
• Experience in PHX, D365, ADP Inquiry
• Advanced skills in SAP Bid to Bank, Excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, Service Now & Project Controls
