Full-Time Principal Application Specialist- SailPoint

Biogen is seeking an experienced Application Specialist with expertise in designing, programming, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityNow.

Responsibilities:

• Providing advanced training, super-user guidance, and L3 support for SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Troubleshooting challenging application issues.
• Testing new applications and versions, recommending enhancements.
• Maintaining optimal application performance, conducting diagnostic tests before releases.
• Supporting current and new users with application training.
• Developing, rolling out, and supporting business and application services to meet evolving user needs.
• Overseeing configuration, development, and management of application services.
• Leading the design, development, and integration of the next-generation Access Automation solution.
• Working with cross-functional teams (business analysts, technical architects, process teams, project managers).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years IT experience, 3+ years SailPoint application administration or service delivery.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) platforms (SailPoint), Identity Assurance platforms (MS Active Directory, Azure, Okta), and PAM platforms (CyberArk).

Preferred Skills:

• SailPoint IDN certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer).
• Contract Management, SLA Management, Vendor Management
