Job Summary: The Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect is a customer-facing, senior-level role that blends strategic expertise with technical proficiency. Focuses on architecting secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow NOW Platform for financial services clients.
- Design and architect secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial services regulations.
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships.
- Lead complex pre-sales engagements.
- Advise on the design and architecture workflows using ServiceNow’s AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business analysts.
- Mentor junior team members.
Experience: 15+ years in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or information security, with at least 5 years in the financial services sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and data tools. Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
